 We ship all over the world. 

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE? 

We ship all over India for free.

For International shipping, there is a flat rate of Rs.2500. 

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Once your order is placed, the order takes 5-7 business days to process. 

In addition to the processing time, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note, during sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch you may experience a 3-5 business day delay in receiving your order. International deliveries will take up to 10- 12 business days. (Please note: Business days do not include the weekend) 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES TAXES? 

If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Oodeypore orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
